Hailed
as "Harlem's Best Address" by The New York Times Magazine,
Lenox Terrace stretches across six square city blocks and offers
luxurious amenities to residents of its six-building complex. Built
in 1958, Lenox Terrace is well known for the prominent local and
national politicians, entertainments and businesspeople who are
among its residents.
A
tranquil oasis in the heart of Manhattan, Lenox Terrace boasts renovated
lobbies and spacious apartments, most with private terraces. The
newly-installed sliders manufactured by Northern Building Products
look out onto the Lenox Terrace private playground and flower
garden, as well as the New York City skyline.
This retrofit
project consisted of approximately 9,000 windows.
